    建立合作新平臺

    上世紀90年代以來，日本石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)開始向中國http://www.stonebuy.com等國家轉(zhuǎn)移，中國http://www.stonebuy.com與日本的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/因此一直呈上升的趨勢，尤其是墓碑石產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/在日本占據(jù)了很大的市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html份額。在中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/向日本出口http://en.stonebuy.com/的過程中，隨著國內(nèi)石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)競爭加劇，價格也不斷走低。不過，2006年左右，受人民幣升值和原材料、人工成本上升影響，國內(nèi)石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/紛紛提價，引來了日本銷售商的極大關(guān)注。這些年，中日雙方石材http://www.stonebuy.com/界已經(jīng)就石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)合作、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/價格和質(zhì)量等焦點問題先后舉行了多次討論會和論壇。

    雖然舉辦了很多場討論會，但是由于每次都是彼此信息的溝通和交流，無法就價格、質(zhì)量安全等問題形成可以實施的措施。因此，去年中日石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)界決定從今年起，每年舉辦3次協(xié)商會，來討論雙方關(guān)注的重要問題，形成具體實施的措施。

    在這樣的背景下，在今年的第九屆中國http://www.stonebuy.com（廈門）國際石材http://www.stonebuy.com/展期間，中日石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)界代表再一次坐在了一起，就當前國際經(jīng)濟形勢對石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)的影響和中國http://www.stonebuy.com出口http://en.stonebuy.com/日本石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的價格、貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/條件、品質(zhì)等多個問題進行了交流和協(xié)商。

    中日石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)需要合作

    面對當前國際金融危機對石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)的沖擊，亞洲周邊國家需要通力合作，共同應(yīng)對——在昨日的協(xié)商會上，日本石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會會長井口健二表達了這樣的觀點。從去年開始，世界經(jīng)濟出現(xiàn)了問題，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)的情況也跟著受影響，為了扭轉(zhuǎn)這一不利局面，他建議中日石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)加強合作，互惠互利。

    “經(jīng)過多次協(xié)商，友好合作共贏已經(jīng)成為中日石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)界的初步共識。”福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)協(xié)會會長、廈門石材http://www.stonebuy.com/商會會長許榮旗也對本次協(xié)商會寄予了很大的期望。

    與會的日方代表認為，中國http://www.stonebuy.com在最近5年的GDP一直保持兩位數(shù)的增長，相當于日本在泡沫經(jīng)濟前25年的發(fā)展成果，很了不起。盡管受國際金融危機的影響，增速已經(jīng)明顯放慢，但是未來中國http://www.stonebuy.com發(fā)展?jié)摿σ廊缓艽?。相比之下，日本?jīng)濟持續(xù)低迷，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html也不景氣。中國http://www.stonebuy.com未來4萬億加大投資、擴大內(nèi)需都給日本石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來了想象空間，因此他們也希望能夠與中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)合作，掘金中國http://www.stonebuy.com市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。

    石材http://www.stonebuy.com/漲價依然是焦點

    近年來，因為中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/漲價，日本石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)已經(jīng)非常關(guān)注，并多次與中國http://www.stonebuy.com市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html行業(yè)進行了協(xié)商。而在昨日的協(xié)商會上，雙方再次在這個問題上“交鋒”。

    福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)協(xié)會副會長張明聰認為，隨著中國http://www.stonebuy.com經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展，員工工資和生產(chǎn)費用等都在增加，企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/必須保證有一定的利潤，因此當前國內(nèi)大部分石材http://www.stonebuy.com/廠商的給出的價格都是合理的。

    泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/商會副會長蔣細宗分析說，現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/價格只有1992年價格的一半，2006年到現(xiàn)在降到了最低點，之后人民幣開始升值，福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省內(nèi)的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/商會也決定提價，但是到現(xiàn)在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/價格的漲幅還沒有達到人民幣的升值幅度。

    “價格要上升，我們協(xié)會可以理解，基本上不會反對”，日本石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會代表谷合正說，但日本的經(jīng)銷商估計不能理解，他們會認為“別人都在降價，為什么你們要漲價？”接下來，雙方又分別就出口http://en.stonebuy.com/至日本的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的品質(zhì)、安全性等問題進行商談。
